These booking terms describe the general framework of cooperation between a guest and the host of Jelly & Star Apartments Pula (Jellyfish and Starfish Apartment). This is a working draft — the final text must be approved by a legal adviser and/or accountant before the site is published publicly.

1. Booking and confirmation

Bookings are made through the online booking system (Rentlio Booking Engine), available via the booking button on the apartment pages. A booking is considered confirmed once the guest receives a written confirmation.

2. Pricing and payment

TODO: define how prices are displayed, the currency used, included/excluded costs (e.g. tourist tax), and accepted payment methods. This website does not display or process payments — all payments are handled through the booking system.

3. Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 10:00. TODO: define the process and any availability/charge for earlier arrival or later departure.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The following rules apply in both apartments:
